This amazing bodypaint was done by my very talented friend Indira, indira_didou, and I got to help her by making the costume. The bodypaint took 7 hours to make! The model is the very patient marvinjudicael.

 

Ignatius is the son of Hephaestus and Aphrodite, and he is inhabited by a dragon, which is destroying the cages holding all of his emotions.

All of the costume is made out of recycled leather scraps, cut up and dyed to the color I wanted. I made a headdress for the back of his head because I couldn't bear to cover up his beautiful curls. The buckle and metallic embellishments in the belt are from the wonderful etsy shop PeraPeris.
